If you have a high X17 meta... then Neb B's are amazing. Oh I cant redirect, no worries. Oh I cant use one of my braces, no worries. It doesnt to matter what a Neb B faces it will take a beating admirably.

A Neb in a meta weak to it is still worse than an MC30 in a meta strong against it.
