Why is the silencer box so big?

You should probably Whisper next time.

What? That is waaay too simple and unsuspect.
Shhheeshh...I bet you don't believe in the sasquatch community that live in Area 51 either. That's actually where the 4 bank templates are being manufactured.
Someone needs to nerf all these reasonable posts - they bum me out.
Unless FFG Fu*** the scale the only answer is $.
A silencer is basically an advanced body with punisher size wings( interceptor form) and black paint.
Don't tell me it doesn't fit in a medium blister.
The model is similar size and shape to the U Wing. The U Wing was in a large box. Its that simple. Same reason the price is the same.
Edited by Joe CensoredThe first order loves making stuff way bigger than the empire did.
Wiki says the silincer is 17.429 meters long. So proper scale would be about 64 mm long. Wiki says tie intorceptor is about 9 meters long. So yeah first order loves big ships!
As much as I would like new template to add more dial options to the game (or medium bases for that matter) is simply because it has more cards and they want to justify the price tag.

This one goes here, and that one goes there.
Got it?!

Guys, its a big *** model with a lot of cards, who cares about the size of the base to cost ratio? If you simply swapped the small plastic base for a large plastic base, would that suddenly make the difference in price worth it?
The model really is too big for a small base, but that wouldn't be thematic/gameplay correct.

Look at your nose
Nose long like garden hose

Yes. Must have 4 times the clear plastic!
I hate clampacks with a passion, so a box has some positives to outweigh the price tag.
Anyone who's bought an Armada MC30c frigate knows that this really, really isn't a big deal.

Hey, 2 Hammerheads in one box? Cool!
40 bucks later....
Didnt know these things were smaller than C90s.
sooooo, do I still get to physically destroy the opponent’s ISDs with a ramming attack?

The question is why don’t all expansions come in some kind of box.

Ooooh you'd be surprised how many people could not get past this in the previous thread.
"But... if it could fit in a blister without the larger plastic it stands on, I must be being tricked somehow, even if the components outside of that plastic are of equatable value to other ships in boxes that cost the same on the market! Curse you FFG!"

Hot Wheels is FOR SURE NOT using the same molds as FFG.
They might end up being close to the same size, but a Hot Wheels toy will have very little bearing on size/scale comparisons with FFG.
Okay, just thought that with what i have seen they might be around the same size.
They absolutely might be, but it'll be pure coincidence.
A reprint of every Imperial card that has later been eclipsed by something Scum has perhaps? (Mauler Mithel-Fenn, Royal Guard title-Vaksai title, Every Tie Interceptor by the Protectorate..., TIE/X7 by K4 just off the top of my head) That probably could fill the extra space nicely
Note: this was meant as a joke not an attempt to derail the thread with either Scum is OP or Imperials need fixing. Its sad I need to clarify that part but it is the internet after all

I approve of this message, joke or not.
