Im taking part in a 45min per round, 1 ship only. maximum of 50pts tournament

whats the best suggestion.

Was thinking :

Dengar, Punishing One, Expertise

Whisper with Gunner would be pretty awesome if you don't expect to see any PS 10s

A recentish 50pt tourney was won by Dengar, Punishing One , Lone Wolf, Painbot

It was pretty brutal.

Yup, Dengar is almost certainly the best ship here, though Nym is probably a close second, and Miranda a close third.

Corran is also a very strong option against a field of single-ship opponents, as is an expensive Intensity Poe, or anything with good regen, really.

Corran. All day every day.

Corran really has to watch out for RAC though, and Kylo crew in general. VI/Kylo crew RAC is going to be pretty good in that format.

It's a pity Oicunn/Palp/Ion Projector is 52 points, really...

Yeah, anything with regen will own.
I was going to say Miranda with the standard layout, maybe GC instead of Adv. SLAM to make that 5-dice concussion missile hit harder.

Not many single ships can go through 2 greens with Focus, Evade and Latts fast enough.

I was thinking that too, but Kylo Ren (crew) can offset that. For instance, you can 2-3 shot Corran, depending on IA or not. Miranda has a little meat on her to take the crits for a bit.

46-48 points depending on which way you go with mods/EPT, guaranteed evade with reinforce + C-3PO means you dodge two shots for sure each round then punch back with 4-5 dice in your wide arc and have Luke for a second shot if needed.

Screwed if someone gets solid behind you, but surprisingly tanky and annoying as ****. Handing out 2 stress's most turns, 1 evade guaranteed every turn, and usually the enemy is sensor jammed with no focus (due to all there stress) on top of that kylo doing his thing and 4 attack dice. If they do get in behind you, you are going to have to kill them with Anti persuit lasers...

Wanted expertise instead of predator but i dont have a point to spare, and you might want to do alot of 0 moves and predator is much better on those turns.
