I feel like I'd prefer Miranda/Outrider, but that's me.

Here's a few thoughts on both lists:

~~~
Miranda/Kanan
First, I'd probably drop Proton Bomb down to Ion Bomb or Thermal Detonators. Face-up crits are cool, but I just don't think it's worth the extra cost, and it'd free up 2 or 3 points to add options to your list. Plus, putting Stress or Ion tokens on enemy ships provides a pretty reasonable amount of control. I think either of those are probably better bombs in terms of game effect, and they're cheaper too.
Second, while Advanced Sensors allows you to double-focus before a bump or red move, it may be worth considering Fire Control System. FCS provides a lot of extra damage, either from huge Focus-TL primary weapon shots, or just consistent offense if you're using all your focus tokens to reduce enemy attacks. Another great option is Accuracy Corrector. There are a lot of 1-agility ships in the metagame, and having an automatic two hits guarantees two damage on a Nym or Miranda, and a lot of the time against Auzitucks or most 2 agility ships. This will also allow you to spend all your focus tokens on reducing enemy attacks.
Third, I don't like leaving a crew slot open on Kanan. One of the best crew would be Rey (you'll have potential access to three focus per turn), but there's also a logic to something like crew Dash Rendar (particularly if you keep Advanced Sensors). You won't want to put your ship on a rock intentionally, but if you AdvS your focus first, and then have crew Dash, you can "mostly" ignore the rock.
Miranda/Dash
First, I think Lone Wolf is just better on Dash than Predator. The defensive rerolls are great, and Dash is a ship which doesn't have too much trouble keeping out of range 1-2 in a two-ship list.
Second, I guess I don't really get the point of Kanan Jarrus on a Predator Dash. You won't typically be stressed (only for a 4 K-turn, which isn't necessarily vital on a turret ship, and Miranda doesn't naturally stress herself either), so I guess I don't know why Kanan is there. Is there a lot of stress control in your meta that you need to resist? Even then, I don't know if Kanan is the right card to target stress. Rey crew is pretty common on Dash, does OK against stress since she'll allow you to use one of the stored focus tokens if you can't clear your stress one turn. The only real use for Kanan on Dash, as I see it, is if you want to run a Push the Limit Dash, but can't afford Engine Upgrade. The classic 58-point Super Dash with PTL/EU/Kyle Katarn is great, but I wouldn't run it without Engine Upgrade--the greens are just too limiting. PTL/Kanan enjoys having Engine Upgrade, but he'd still do OK without it, since he could clear that stress on any of his huge number of white moves.
Third, I'd really try to get Sabine on Miranda. It'll fit easily if you swap Predator/Kanan for Lone Wolf/Rey. Alternately, dropping Cluster Mines down to Proximity Mines, and Thermal Detonators to Ion Bomb or Seismic Charges would get the points, if you wanted to keep something like Push The Limit/Kanan. Sabine makes bombs so much stronger.
A fourth thought: Any non-PTL Dash build should also consider Leebo as an option. Dash is easier to fly, but Leebo is 2 points cheaper. Combined with dropping a point off a bomb, and the Lone Wolf/Rey crew changes, that'd free up 3 points for something like Countermeasures. That's a great card against all the missiles folks are using these days. Leebo's lower PS doesn't really matter, and his pilot ability is great if you find yourself facing off against any Kylo Ren out there. Of course, it's fine to stick with Dash. The ability to ignore obstacles really opens up how he can fly, and allows more mental bandwidth to go into flying Miranda well.
