The T-65 Wedge Antilles ability says "When attacking reduce the defender's agility by 1 (to a minimum of '0') Since it does not say "When you are attacking" does all ships I am attacking reduce their agility by 1

"You" in card text always applies to that ship, or the ship the upgrade is attached to. So in the case of Wedge, only the ship he is attacking, while he is attacking has -1 agility.
Hence the confusion since the word "you" does not appear in his card:
The 'you' is implied, but still applies.

To be clear, I agree that wedge only applies to his own attacks. I'm pointing out that it's a valid question because ffg is kinda sloppy with wording 
From the Rules Reference: Card Abilities.

The first sentence may not apply here since the card uses an implied subject instead of defining the subject as "you", but the second sentence does apply. Since Wedge does not specify any other ships that can use his ability, his ability only applies to his ship.
I agree that the wording implies that it only applies to when attacking with Wedge
... although that would make for one heck of a T-65 X-Wing fix for anytime Wedge is on the board if it was done otherwise if his ability could spawn to any other T-65.

Uhhh... Every Ship Includes the enemy... Global 1 Agility reduction across the board might make for an interesting game while Wedge is alive
