Like the title says, is there any consensus on how many modifications you can have on 2 section Epic ships like the Raider or the CR-90?
Can you have 1 per section or, since they are still considered as a singe ship, only 1 on one of the sections?
How many modification upgrades on 2 section epic ships?
I assumed it was the same for Epics as it was for the rest of the ships. One title and one upgrade. You're asking a good question though.
It's one Modification per ship , not per section. Unless you have an upgrade that allows more than one Modification.

That makes more sense to me too. I was a bit hesitant though because most online squad builders allow 1 mod per section.
That's actually a problem with a lot of squad builders. It must be something to do with there being two ship cards.
There's nothing in the Huge Ship rules that overrules the standard rule that you can only have one Modification and one Title per ship .
The star tactics phone app is pretty good about this and seems up to date on everything as far as I can tell. In case it comes up later, both modification and title are equipped to the Aft section of huge ships, in case there is ever some effect like a damage card that disables a modification or upgrade card, or Boba crew is looking for a way to shut down your ordinance tubes.

Titles aren't normally a problem as they tend to specify a section:
But yes, the two sections count as one ship. So without any overriding rule (like Vaksai or Royal Guard TIE), the rule "each ship is limited to one modifiction" still applies to an epic ship.
Check out the huge ship rules supplement:
In page 4 it says you can only equip mods that are labeled " huge ship only " beyond that I don't see anything overriding the one-per-ship rule from the regular ruler set.

Also note that the Title and Mods cards are NOT discarded when a section of the ship is crippled, so technically it doesn't matter which section they are assigned to.

It does effect the point value of a crippled huge ship so it can matter a little bit when calculating the destroyed point value after a match goes to time.
