I want to first say that the talented builders out there are doing an amazing job on bunkers and tattoine buildings. They look great. But.... as you are building terrain you must think about also having structures that the minis can go inside of. If you have a board filled with just structures your gaming experience will be lacking. You need cover. Most of these structure are just used to hide behind. So when building terrain think about... half destroyed buildings, a few windows or openings to shoot out of..... removable tops so you may place them inside. Your troops will love you for it.

for the first floor naw...just LOS blockers and cover, but the second floor might have options (With ladders or stairs to get there) for cover+sniper area.

I made a papercraft of the Lars Homestead from Tatooine. It has 4 doors and could hold 2 full trooper units I believe.

I also bought the Desert Dwelling from Imperial Terrain that has 2 doors and just as much space inside. I plan on placing objectives inside of the structures.
