It's still a subject of debate, and will probably be until the FAQ. Discus with opponent and TO.

I actually screwed up and thought that Minefield Mapper affected your whole squad. I was using Rhymer's cluster mine.

Total brain fart and I went back and apologized to my opponents from yesterday.
