So quick Target Synch question.

Recently learned that it can be used to allow a ship in your list to reroll a primary attack.

My question is how does it interact wth the ship carrying the Target Synch.

If QD has a TL on a ship from FCS, can Kylo with Target Synch equipped use QDs TL?

Or does Kylo's Target Synch upgrade only allow QD to use Kylo's TLs and not the other way around unless QD also has target Synch?

TS allows other ships to use your target lock, it doesn't allow you to use other ship's.
