a weapon of best Craftsmanship give me also +10 on parry test or only +10 to every type of attack?

"Tests made to attack" is a very clear wording, but I always provide +10 to all WS tests with BQ melee weapon - I don't see how more thorough manufacturing can only be applicable to attacks.
