I haven't lost yet against my local players with this.

Star Viper baits them as a lone target the in a flash it's out of arc or formed up with the hammers.

I really want to like the new starviper, and thweeks ability gives you the option of higher PS. But I don't think triple aces will do well against Nym. Especially scum Nym with genius. Bombs would tear thru it 14 hull and shield pretty quickly. Against anything else, I think you would crush it.

Don't get me started with Nym.

First round Gen Con. Had Nym down to one hull.

I had Omega Leader with TL, Evade for Juke and took focus for the turn.

Nym flew in front of me... Dropped bomb, I ate two, them Auto blaster for two hits....

Yeah..... I hate Nym.

He is a beast. To beat him, you need ships with more hull and shield. A guy in my area was running 2 thug Y's, a scurrg and a quadjumper specifically to counter the amount of bombs we were seeing. That's alot of hull and shields to chew thru.

A good solution to Nym-problems is tropedoes/missiles in my experience. I have tried to tweek you list a bit to be more Nym-solving ;)
