Everyone around here seems to rattle off card names and other details about the game like they know them all by heart.
Sound off : how many times have you played through the available material?

I not beaten a single campaign but I play a lot
About four times the core set campaign, Dunwich is still in progress, because I don't have the whole cycle yet.
Like Yog-Sothoth itself, I am countless, innumerable, more than the stars and greater in size and number than puny human brains can comprehend...
Like zooeyglass, my play count is quite numerous, if I had to approximate...I would say I have done the core set maybe 70 times completely, and about 4 times that number just to scenario 2, and dunwich I have 4 complete playthus and about 450 incomplete ones, and now 5 incomplete plays of the first 2 scenarios in Path to Carcoas
About 3 core, on my second Dunwich, and as much of Carcosa as exists so far. In other words, trust Zooeyglass and Starbreaker1. ![]()

If we math this out... you've averaged about 7 scenarios a day since it released? Huh.
My own:
Core: 8 playthroughs
Dunwich: 1 full, 3 others in progress, but we waited until the full cycle was out before starting
Core: 7 full playthroughs. A few more partial.
Dunwich: 5 full playthroughs
Carcosa: about to start my second.

I'm getting 2 a day from that math, which is quite doable.

70 Core * 3 = 210
70*4 = 280 to Scenario 2 * 2 = 560
4 Complete Dunwich = 4 * 8 = 32
450 Incomplete Dunwich, assuming 3 per = 1350
Total Games = 2152 / 11 months or so (335 days) = 6.4
Even if we take the craziest number in there (450 partial Dunwich) and call "partial" one scenario each, we still land at 1250 or so games, or just under 4 per day.
It's certainly possible, but it does seem... extreme.
Core 3 times, Dunwich 3 times (first victory last time, yay!)
wife and kids gone for one week, plus i get rewards for playing at my local store, that week alone I played 2 scenarios an hour, roughly, for about 5 days, and some of those went faster than others due to early death/defeat, and these are rough numbers it was an approximation, maybe I haven't done that many, I don't keep exact records but when you try to run through the museum as a standalone and wind up with the horror engaged with you first turn, you can get 3 or 4 scenarios in an hour cause early death sucks, and you want to change your deck and try again. Maybe I could have phrased incomplete Dunwich better, most of those were only one scenario.
c.a 5 times core and 1 times dunwich

I wouldn't necessarily call quitting after one bad draw a playthrough, personally, but thanks for explaining the numbers ![]()
One playthrough of Dunwich Legacy (which got as far as Essex County Express) and another attempt which I've just kicked off, as well as a few failed attempts which didn't last long.
play solo. played through Night of the Zealot twice. died at the end. Played through Carnivale of Horror once. chracter barely survived that one lol. still relatively new to this game, having played the board game several times.
Almost 8 partial playthroughs of the core, only two finished. I've played through Dunwich once solo, and I got through Blood on the Altar another time with a group. Haven't played any Carcosa so far, I have many playthroughs of Dunwhich left before I'll need new material ![]()
Night of the Zealot (solo ): 8
Night of the Zealot (multi): 1
Rougarou (solo) (campaign): 3
Carnivale (multi) (Campaign): 2
Carnivale (Stand alone): 1
Dunwich Legacy (solo): 2
Undimensioned and Unseen (solo) (stand alone): 1
Path to Carcosa (solo): 1
I built a Norman Withers deck for Campaign play (never used it)
I am currently playing Carcosa (solo) with a Jenny Barnes deck with the Replacement cards.
I have not had the opportunity to use Roland Banks' Replacement cards at this date.

I would hope so. You run a podcast on the topic of this game.
I believe I have 3 playthroughs of The Night of the Zealot, 3 playthroughs of The Dunwich Legacy, currently have 2 campaigns of The Path to Carcosa completed through all released material, and 2 plays each of Cursevof the Rougarou and Carnevale of Horrors. Add the first two scenarios of The Dunwich Legacy played at my local Invocation event and the first 4 scenarios of The Path to Carcosa.
Played Night of the Zealot solo three times (got my butt kicked each time), playing through Dunwich Legacy with a friend for the second time (got our butts kicked the first time). Determined to get to that last pack in the Dunwich Legacy, because we failed so bad our game ended in the scenario before it! But I keep going back for more. The worse I get beat in this game, the more determined I am to do it again and do better. So for me that is the mark of a great game!
Four times the core, out of which twice with 2 people, once solo and once with four people.
Currently on a 4 player run of Dunwich legacy. We're only up to the Miskatonic Museum on that one, too, since on average, we seem to be getting a game in less than once per month, since some of us work weekends occasionally and it just never lines up.
Night of the Zealot - 5 complete
Labyrinths of Lunacy - 3
Curse of the Rougarou - 2
Carnivale of Horrors - 2
Dunwich Legacy - 2 complete
Path to Carcosa - 1 partial (in progress)
Night of the Zealot - 5 times completed
Dunwich Legacy - 2 times completed
Path to Carcosa - once almost completed (i am the last scenario short) and another Path to Carcosa in progress (3rd scenario)
as a frame of reference on how much i have been playing: I own this game since october/november last year
Didn't keep a log for all campaigns, but I have at least:
Most campaigns solo (one- or two-handed), each campaign at least once with three to four players.
*including losses at the penultimate scenario
