Vader Is a Commie

Thoughts on the following list? I don't like Vader. but I've wanted a list with EA Arquitens for a while, and when a Cymoon is tagged in, it seems to be a no brainer. Bomber lists are an issue, but I would like to think I have enough standoff firepower to make not a total trainwreck.

I can see a lot of potential in this list. I'd be worried about those Lambdas getting pinned down and unable to gain me any points. I also prefer Screed or JJ with my Arqs. My version of your list looks like this...

Those are the recurring concerns, that the Lambdas essentially sacrifice points and are doomed to die. The other thought I've had is to turn the CCs into CLs, and use the sixteen points of savings to find that Jumpmaster/other things. Other suggestions were ditching the Lambdas and equipping some Engine Techs and titles. I can see the benefit of Screed, I do want to try Vader though. A big trick I think will be making the standoff work so that the carriers are being destroyed as fighters make contact.

Yeah the shuttles and Fighter coordination teams don't help at all, they have heavy so enemy Squadrons will just ignore it completely and hit your ships anyways...

Since you have no initiative bid, you'd probably get more mileage out of commanding a token anti-fighter screen and not using Strategic. With Yularen, your ISD could activate up to five four squadrons for the first few rounds, and then after that your TIEs will be thinned out and you could have a smaller ship activate the survivors.
