Runewars replacement insert

By Steel Rabbit, in Runewars

So, when I opened my Runewars box, I was so excited I tore through all the stuff in one go. Then i found out that one of my elf sheets and some of my city markers were supposed to replace others. However they all got mixed together and now I don't know which parts are supposed to be included and which aren't.

For the elf faction sheet, the one that's supposed to be used is the one with the red 3 on food and the red 2 on the other dials, right?

And the city tokens (hexes) should have four symbols and numbers on them: a white, pearly-looking one on the left, a tactics card symbol, an Influence token symbol, and a Quest card symbol on the very right.

Thanks for taking the time to help me out.

No, you have to use the other one. Count the resources in the elves Home Realm. This should correspond to the red numbers on the faction sheet!

That's right!

For what it's worth, the CORRECT Elf faction sheet is actually different than the other 3 faction sheets. All the other factions have the same starting resources (3 food, 2 wood, 2 ore, I believe); the Elves have one less food and one more wood (2 food, 3 wood, 2 ore).

Hmm...

Do I contact FFG for a replacement? I recycled the correct elven sheet... *sigh*...

Thanks for the answers guys. I just looked at the elven startup hexes and saw the mistake.

The only problem with the misprinted elf sheet is the wrong numbers are highlighted. You can easily tell what they are supposed to be, so I really wouldn't worry about it.

Just take a pen and correct the error... its really a very small typo

you really got rid of the card? Man. I kept mine (and the incorrect city tiles) as replacements and potential additions.

It's the only time I've done something like this. I usually keep the misprinted stuff, but I thought this time I'd just toss 'em, 'cause I'm tired of keeping junk around my house that never gets used in my games.

Yep. Those city markers make for perfect counters when using Cities of adventure for Runebound. Place one on each city and just take them off when using the variant rule... cool!
