I am currently reading the novel, and loving it. I've tried to order the LCG Core Set card game everywhere, and they all say the same thing. "We're out!" And from the sounds of it, they aren't expecting any, any time soon. So what's the deal? Am I never going to get a copy of this game? If so, does anyone have any insight on how long I'll be waiting, and if it's worth it?
Where is the Core Set?

Of course it's worth it! Click "Upcoming" link at the top menu here, then filter by LCG and you'll see that Core Set is on the boat already.
Thank you, ser. I'll check that out.
This thing has been hard to get since before the holidays - this is getting pretty silly already.
After asking my distributor tofay, they were told "In a few weeks." So I'm thinking...April? Really, though, I think there's a good chance we'll see the next printing about mid-March.
Hi all, I want to get into AGoT LCG but the Core Set is still nowhere to be found! There is no indication anywhere about when it will become available again. I'll very much appreciate if someone out here can share any news or information... Thanks in advance!
Surprisingly, Barnes & Noble has had the Core Set in stock for quite some time. You'll even get 10% off if you're a member. With tax (and possibly shipping? I'm a member, not sure in non-members get free shipping) you may pay more than you would on other discount card game websites, but at least someone reputable is carrying it.
You can get free shipping from B&N without being a member....
It's pretty crazy how long this thing has been "on the boat". My group has been waiting patiently for the core set but even more than getting dupes for us, we've gotten some people interested in the game but core sets aren't to be found - except retail price from barnes and noble.
Of the three living card games this is the one I wanted the most. After waiting two months for this to get back in stock I bought Warhammer Invasion instead. I liked it so much I plan on getting the other two as well.
I think the boat sunk
