Where do I submit a pack miss print?

I opened a pack today that had a rocket die and a heavy blaster card, was wondering where do I submit this error

Customer service page. I got a pack that had a Relby V-10 Mortar Gun card and a LL-30 Blaster Pistol die. I submitted a ticket with a photo of the pack with the wrong die as well as my store receipt and I got a the card for the LL-30 in the mail a few days later.
