Looking for league rules

A while ago I was listening to a podcast and they gave us a link to a set of league rules. I remember that each player could have one unique pilot which must be included in what ever list used during the play. Also there were different goals for each game. I think this was based on a dice roll. But the outcome of the role determined goals for extra points. Such as, kill the unique pilot get extra points, fly into the opponents set up area get extra points. Also I think the set up areas changed from game to game. From using the regular rules to for example setting up in one corner. If anybody can provide the link for this will be much appreciated. Or maybe I was dreaming

A while ago my local league ran something similar to what you are looking for I believe.

We held a pilot draft at the start of the season where everyone gathered around and picked pilots. Once someone picked a pilot no one else could use said pilot.

Each player got to choose 1 pilot from each faction (Rebels, Imperials and Scum) and could choose which faction they wanted to play each game.

Squad building was restricted so you could only use the named pilot you had enlisted the rest had to be generics.
