Check out RivCoTour.com for more details about the 5 stop tour. But anyways the first stop had these rules:
Special Rules: During Squad Building, players will select 3 unique debris obstacles from any X-Wing set (including epic) and must select 1 over-sized debris field from the hosting store. During Setup players may not place obstacles at Range 2 of the player edges and Range 1 of the neutral edges or any other obstacle.
In addition, Dash can't ignore the the specialty obstacles.
So I've been thinking of a list for quite awhile trying to come up with something that beats Nym/Miranda. I simply couldn't find anything and since I was practicing with that list I said, "I'll just run Nym/Miranda". However, after my last practice game I said to one of our locals, man PS11 Han would be so great in this meta but there's no good partners for him and he would suck in this format. I still pulled up the squad builder, I already knew the Kanan trick with Debris, but then I was like what about Kyle? So I would just do white maneuvers over Debris on purpose and get all the actions. Better than Dash because it works on the specialty Debris clouds. That load out made it just cheap enough to fit in PS8 Poe too.

So without any practice with the list I said, let's do it! Which is usually the wrong call but hey at least the list seems like a ton of fun.
Game 1:
I played Ben who made Top 4 at Kashyyyk and just won the store championship at that store.

As he's setting up I'm thinking, "okay this guy has Kashyyyk Templates but is playing with Omega Specialists, don't know what to think about this" lol. He obviously wanted to hunt Fairship, but they do horrible in that obstacle format.
Game worked essentially how I planned. I got Han to soak up all of the Assault Missiles with obstruction and tokens and was able to kite all three omega Specialists while Poe followed behind them.
I felt kinda bad because I asked for a judge multiple times. Mainly just for Arc. One time was because he misinterpreted the Special Forces title thinking he could shoot out the back too.
Anyways I won that killing two ships and loosing half of Han. (1-0)
Game 2:
I played Dwayne. He's a local that loves Rey. Played Han versus him another time too.
Rey (45)

C-3PO (3)

Poe Dameron (PS9) (33)

Expertise Rey was a bad call IMO opinion in this format. I just dragged him through Debris with Han and Rey never got an action and only maybe 1 shot in Arc. He just barely got half of my Han. (2-0)
Game 3: I played Connor Richards who went undefeated in Swiss at Kashyyyk and made Top 4.
Dash Rendar (36)
Lone Wolf (2)
Heavy Laser Cannon (7)
Rey (2)
Rigged Cargo Chute (1)

This was definitely going to be the hardest match. It was also recorded and will be commentated on. Our set up with our Poe's were virtually the same. I made some Range mistakes with Han and he took a bunch of damage from Dash. I then 2 Harded Han into the center of the board over the Specialty Debris gained a Focus and TL and trapped his Poe at Range 1. I only got 3/4 hits and he rolled two naturals and used Evade token to get out. That was a huge break for him! However I was in position with Han and surprised him again by going over Debris to end up with double tokens and then doing some more damage onto Poe and giving him Loose Stabilizer. Dash had to catch up to try to save Poe. But was almost too late, I ended up putting a Direct Hit through Range 3 obstructed onto him. Lucky break for me!
However, Dash was full and Han was hurting I ran the other way from Dash to reset myself. Later I lined up the perfect shot with Han (1 Hull left), I two harded over Debris which would had allowed me to boost into Range 1 of Dash and take at least a couple shields to make it easy on my Poe to get half points and win. However, I rolled a Crit on Debris and died ![]()
With time winding down I made some crazy moves with Poe to even give me a chance to win. Poe's dice early in the game sucked with mods, kept rolling blank, blank, Eye. So I was just hoping they heated up and prayed for naturals because I wouldn't be able to get Arc on Dash if I kept doing greens. I ended up 2 shields shy of half... (2-1)
Game 4: I played against a local named Jerry.

Another Triple S/F list. Han with this loadout proved amazing again! All day he just skated around opponents better than Dash could and went to spots they couldn't even plan for. This game I did the same and Han just outmanuevered everyone. My dice heated up with Han & Poe. I rolled a bunch of naturals and would keep my tokens. I dragged him through the Debris and he hardly ever had actions. Won it 100-0 which was key because if you 100-0 someone in a tournament you get an extra point for the standings. (3-1)
15 people showed up which was a pretty good turnout for the first stop. It's the farthest one away for most of the people. I ended up 3rd and certainly chose the correct list. I only lost a ship once all day. The Kanan/Kyle combo in that format was money! If luck swayed my way 51/49 instead of 49/51 in that 3rd game I would had easily beaten the other undefeated list. That third game was so much fun though!!
What surprised me the most was how many Poe's we had. 4/15 list had Poe, same loadout except mine was PS8 and 1 had R2-D2 instead of BB-8.
