Yes.

All three trigger individually allowing you to use them each in sequence.

Similarly, if you had 3 Recon Specialist on your RAC and chose the Focus Action each of the three will give you an additional Focus Token.

Because mostly RAC doesn't need to know where other people are going he already knows by the time he has any decisions to make.
