Enhanced Armaments against squadrons?

If I use the Enhanced Armaments upgrade card does this add a die when firing against squadrons, or just ships?

Only ships.

It adds to your battery armament, and you only use that on Ships.

You use your anti-squadron armament on squadrons, for example.

I am still waiting for an upgrade that increase the anti-squadron armament of a ship....

Yes. But i wait for this:
Flak Enhancement ; Offence Slot; Modification; Increase your anti squadron armament by one blue die; 7 Points :D .

or:
Intensify forward fire power! ; Turbolaser Slot + Ion Cannon Slot; Modification; Increase your anti squadron armament by one red and one black die while attacking from the front; 8 points.

My guess is it would be over 10 points for a black, 15 for a red or blue... and have a size /dice limitation on .... ie increase your AS by one blue die to a max of two die (any colour combination)

Not to pour cold water, but imo upgrades that permanently adds dice to the anti-squad firepower seems unlikely, as they are then competing with basic squad cover(ties have 3 blues). Unless they are really expensive, otherwise triple isd lists become strongly viable with a 21 point upgrades compared to 48 points 6tie screen. With gunnery teams the isds will have very strong fronts. Dice rerollers are more prevalent. As ffg seems to want to encourage squad play, it is LESS likely that dice adders will come in unless ahem *power creep*

Not to mention if a raider could equip any such upgrade, it would MASSACRE any mass squad ball
