1. When you bow an attachment do you still add the modifiers when counting toward skill?
2. Can you still use the action ability on cards that are bowed? (provided that you haven't already used the action ability this turn)
3. And, last but not least....I just want to make sure I'm playing this correctly. You can use any characters action ability (once per turn) even if they are not actively participating in the conflict --- as long as nothing is stated otherwise on the card text.....is that correct?
