Is there anything on changing your party card? We are currently a Gang of Thugs and are thinking of changing to the “Rascal Rouges” (not sure what the actual name is as I don’t have the cards with me). Is this through role-playing or is there an experience cost?

I don't think there's anything in the rules. Personally, I would let my group do it for free provided they had reached a decent cut-off point in the game, and the new party type suits how they have been playing.

In our group they can change the party sheet through role playing and actions... either willingly or by my ruling. They picked the justice one and they are generally nice guys. But if they were to behave badly and make some morally bad actions, then I would simply change their party sheet to something fitting or give them a few to chose from that had fitting traits.

Agreed. There are no rules on changing the party sheet, and there probably shouldn't be. Allow them to change it through roleplaying.

Yeah, I could see them swapping out Justice for, say, the Explorers one when they're heading out in search of a mysterious ruin or temple as well.
