Rebel Aces
If fun for you is winning the PS race, then go for it. I think some of your choices are limitting the list's potential for fun.
You're giving up a lot of effectiveness on Tycho to get him to PS11. A ship that shoots first is fun, but not if its offense is a pathetic 2 dice with little or no modification.
R3 Astromech is the worst Astromech and possibly the worst upgrade in the game. Even in a casual list, R3 is a terrible choice. Wedge would be better off with any other Astromech. Try him with BB-8. Avoiding shots with a free reposition will be more effective than nerfing your own offense to get an evade token that might be wasted.
I would run Pattern Analyzer instead of Vectored Thrusters on Poe. Any round he can't get a focus token is a round his pilot ability is wasted. Pattern Analyzer makes sure you can make use of red moves and still focus.
