I could not find an answer to this and the following situation just happend:

I have Autoblaster Turret on Nym. He is in range 1 to Biggs, Biggs wingmen Captain Rex and Kanan Jarrus both make me roll 1 die less. Hence I end up with a zero die attack. But I also have Accuracy Corrector on Nym. This should still give him the 2 hits, right?

Yes, Accuracy Corrector cancels all zero of your dice and then adds two [boom] results.

Interestingly, that would also work with the Blinded Pilot from the old damage deck.
