So will season 4 be the end of rebels up to the battle of scariff and if so will the next animated star wars be the rise of the first order between 6 and 7? Has there been any talk about this?

I haven't seen any confirmed rumors of a TFA-era animated series.

Rebels Season 3 was a couple years before Scarif in the timeline. Time gaps have happened between seasons of Rebels. Season 4 might bring us right up to Rogue One, but nothing says it has to.

I've not heard any talk about it, but I'm someone who really wants this. It doesn't have to follow the main characters, like Rebels doesn't, but it would be good to see what has been happening for thirty years.

So far the best Journey to The Force Awakens I've seen is the novel Bloodline.
