Hey, everyone! Not a lot of us in the Mountain time zone, so you can just stop reading here if you're not in the area... for X-Wing, I'd use the "organized play" subforum, but there isn't one for Destiny, so, here it is:

We'll be having a Star Wars: Destiny sealed-format tournament at Gryphon Games and Comics in Fort Collins, CO on Sept. 17, 2017 at 11 am!

Everyone's entry fee will cover 6 packs of Star Wars: Destiny sealed product, and those thirty cards will make up your deck for the tournament (with some simple custom rules to help make this format run smoothly)! We will also have some fun, unofficial alternate art cards and other great prizes!

Sounds cool. I'm local and interested in going, but to clarify, how much of the format you've linked to will be adopted? Will it be 9 packs build a 30 card deck like described in that document, or 6 packs play what you get as stated in your post? If I can make it just want to know whether to bring non-unique characters with me and other fun stuff like that.

Also, I'm not on facebook anymore. Any other way to RSVP? Thanks!

It's definitely the format of my reply to the linked thread, so there'll be a $20 entry fee that covers everything you need to play (same cost as buying 6 packs of Destiny). You won't need to bring anything else (I'll even provide tokens and stuff if people need).

Right now, it doesn't look like we've got way too many people coming anyway, so RSVPs aren't neccesary if you don't have Facebook. I actually don't have Facebook either, I had the store put this up for me!
