Cool. I was hoping for an imperial E-wing because it wouldn't be hampered by regen. This looks like it!
TIE Silencer and Rebel B/sf-17 preview up
Oh man. This is not good:
3x Crimson Squadron Pilot (?)
- Proton Bombs (5)
- Ordnance Silos (2)
- Trajectory Simulator (1)

EPIC play will never be the same again. This SERIOUSLY scares me!
EDIT: And although it's terrifying, I can't help but find it a little bit beautiful. Like the city of Jeddah under a test fire.
Edited by ParakitorVisually, I love the look of both these ships. Capability wise.. well, they seem to not match up with the lore.
Still excited. Seems there are some interesting upgrades. The advanced optics seems to be the focus equvalent to Comm Relay.

no, that's a discredit to the real life version.

I won't buy it, but I prefer it to be released properly, meaning: with proper pilots, stats and upgrades. I appreciate a job well done (not these half-baked TIE Striker and Resistance Bomber).

It's like the majority of people don't even have the ability to be excited or interested in new ships anymore.
Try suggesting that FFG should not bother making tournament ships at all. It's a hoot!

If by "excite" you mean "howls of rage."

This must be the infamous " error in every preview" error.
Don't worry. It will come with a blue line on the base.
why the hellll is the bomber in 1/450 scale? its even smaller scale than the epics

And sooner does preclude the potential for getting it right.
Though I still don't see why things need to conform to what you want when you have already declared you aren't even going to buy it.

Things don't need to conform to what I want. And they oftenly don't.
But do you blame me for wanting a better XWTMG?

No. And the Trajectory Simulator is just the Norden Bomb Sight.
It also puts me in mind of the Lancaster and its bouncing bombs.
Ren-busters
Nym-busters
(probably neither in reality - but couldn't think of anything SW that rhymes with 'Dam'
)
- - - - -
Curious to see if it makes Punishers viable - one with Mapper to close down approach lanes, another with TSim to hurl medium-range party-poppers. Unguided rockets as auxiliary, LWF for durability.
(I know, I know, only fooling myself probably)

This is the closest angle of the Slave I could find. Looking at the bomber, though, the perspective on that base looks really off, maybe it's only a cgi mockup?
The new tech looks like a Comms Relay for focus tokens.
and now, should I save for the new Imp ships, or pick up an FO?

Sadly only ever gets 3 attack. But it'll usually be TL'ed have huge movement options.
Why not Expertise?

I don't give a ****, but it better be perfect. *snort*

Because according to you, the barring of ships and characters I like makes a "better" game. I don't trust your opinion on what makes the game better.
You are perfectly within your rights to believe the game is better with no Resistance A-Wing. But that doesn't mean I have to agree with nor question your advice on something you actively speak against.

No Resistance A-Wing now. Actually, no more ships before the movies and the reveal of their full stats, pilots and features.
Edited by OdananThe missing SKU. A-wings are built on hope.

And that's reasonable. But still fits in the "sooner rather than later" category as opposed to the "far future" release window you opted for else where.

Wow, the scale is completely off. See that 2 pointy things in the back? Those are cannon of a ball-turret. There supposed to be a person there. What an awful job!
Just figured ou the text on the new condition card Rattled:
When you suffer damage from a bomb, suffer a critical damage. Then discard this card.
action: roll one attack dice. On a hit or focus, remove this card.
also got Crimson Leader:
When attacking, I the defender is inside your firing arc, you may cancel one hit or crit result to assign Rattled to the defender.
*shivers*

It looks like FFG spends at least 6 months in the design of a ship. So the ideal is for them to announce a Resistance A-Wing only after 6 month after TLJ movie, so they can know the pilots and features of the ship.
See this Resistance Bomber: they clearly didn't know the size of the thing - it should be at least double the size. Something a closer look at the trailer would have hinted. Same poor job for every product they tried to release with the movies. (missing the bombs in TIE Striker, the missiles in TIE Silencer, the proper crew/ pilots for the U-Wing, name of the T-70 pilots, etc.)

Again, still fits in sooner rather than later. I'm not saying there isn't errors in premature ships and that extra time can aliviate some of that, but that doesn't mean it should be shoved back to Wave XX.
