The article says Wave 13 is releasing in early 2018. Wave 12 is going to arrive in the fourth quarter of 2017. The Silencer and bomber won't be released in time for the movie.

Someone else pointed out that the movie was originally going to be released back in May, so it follows that they prepped the Silencer and B/SF as expansions to come out around then, and held them back when the movie was delayed.

Not so sure. My math suggests we will see Guns for Hire in early December and Wave 12 in mid-December.
Wave 13 will come out "... shortly after you see the movie..." (UPDATE: I now see (at the end of the announcement) what you're referring to: The Resistance Bomber Expansion Pack and TIE Silencer Expansion Pack are scheduled to arrive at retailers early in 2018. )
