Idea is to use Unkar at first turn cloak, use Vizago to discard the cloaking device leaving him cloaked for the extra 2 agility, (I'm thinking for an EMP but that could change) With the huge variety of movements, he just needs to stay in the way and dish as many tractor beams as possible. If they shoot at him, it gets more rounds for your Aces, if they don't, they have the reduced agility. Remaining are 3 fairly self powering 9 initiative
