Fire control team is irrelevant on that second Assault Frigate.

It allows you to activate a second critical effect on an attack, however, the only critical effect available to you at the moment is the Default, and the card says you specifically cannot choose the same effect twice.

(Dodonna is not a critical effect. He is just something that applies to your default critical effect, amongst all the ways that a face-up card could be dealt to your enemy)
