Been away for, well, a long time let's say. Real life took me away from doing much gaming. So now I'm back and was wondering, are there many commonly used house rules nowadays? Espeacially healing potions, no one seems to mention those anymore.

I house-rule the living something out of the game . Including a rule for health potions. But that probably doesn't count as "common."
