I liked the looks and the flavor text of this character. I think she was somebodys RPG character? Still, a duelist magistrate with interesting aesthetics is what I enjoy.

In general I don't like returning characters that much, especially if they are thrown into the fictions and act like their name is enough for me to understand whats happening and be happy about it (Lion fiction, I'm looking at you).

I guess I wouldn't mind return of Nitoshi-style character, because that guy knew how to throw a party...

I wonder if we'll see a variation of Toku.

A Winter Court 3 character, specifically. Run out of Portugal. Pivotal point of some of the best interpersonal dynamics that game saw.

My top three picks would probably be Tsuruchi, Tsuruchi, and (just to mix things up) Tsuruchi.
