Hi; I'm new to the game.

When the quest deck runs out; do you shuffle back the discard pile or is it over?

We' ve run out of quests after 4 years...

Rules page 31, column 1, "Component Limitations":

"If a deck of cards runs out, players should shuffle the deck's discard pile to create a new deck."
