Newer players would make a post about winning a local tournament, and even though the op hasn't even posted his list, PGS would call them out for playing Nym/Miranda, etc.

He had gone from being rude-but-harmless to outright inflammatory.

Hey, I've been wrong before. Just some things SM5K have said here and PGS said on Reddit have been really similar, including an almost fanatical devotion to the Krayt podcast.

I kinda meant as a more direct PGS too, in everything one needs not only color commentary, but off-color commentary too...it actually brings levity and humor t situations even if the author is steaming in vitriol, because, well, it’s just a game. I personally chuckled at the majority of his rants and looked forward to the daily salt. ?

SaltMaster5000 was 100% PGS, guys. (I hope the Dee thing was a joke. Dee's been down on the game for a while, but more in a depressed-android way, not in an aggro-dickmeat way.)

Dee claimed it was himself on an episode, but in a way that I thought he wasn’t serious.

Edit: it was in a very “I am Spartacus” context.

So the original leaker was right on 3 counts, wrong on 3 others. original leaker was absolutely correct about slam and jumps, and i was wrong.

they obviously werent completely making it up, though they oversold their actual knowledge. I still think they were immature and harmful to the community, but I do not think they are a liar and apologize for calling them one.
