Quick Start Rules?

Has anyone come up with good rules for a quick start, something to sort of 'jump-start' the game? I was thinking something like you get to pick your starting action cards and your two starting extra missions straight from the deck, instead of at random. Maybe start on turn 2 with an extra Imp and Reb starting planet and an extra leader at random? Maybe both? Maybe something completely different?
