Cards?? Movement stick sizes?

By cookluke5150, in Star Wars: Legion

I want to start playing this right now!!! Does anyone have the cards that we could print. I found vader but need the others. Has anyone played this yet at home with older minis. Also want to get an idea how long 1 segment is on the range ruler and movement stick. I already have the dice breakdown.

I would also very much like to know the stick lengths. My friends and I want to play a few proxied demo games to get a feel for how things work. The range sticks and movement templates are the only things we're missing at this point.

There's a Reddit with everything else known at this point. Look for the wiki link on the right nav bar.

You can get an idea of movement and combat but there's still a lot that isn't known:

How Terrain works exactly.
How Suppression and the Courage stat on the cards works in the game
How Ion tokens and the Cog stat on vehicle units works in the game
Details on the Objectives and Condition Cards (I think these will really affect the game play).

I think suppression was covered in the TC demo vid.

When a unit score at least one hit before defense rolls, but after cover, the target unit receives 1 suppression token(ST for short). If a unit has a number of ST's at least equal its courage stat it may only take one action during it's activation. If a unit has ST's at least doubling its courage then it must make a compulsory move towards the controlling player's edge. At the end of each round each unit removes 1 suppression token.

No it wasn't. They mentioned it but said that they weren't going to go into it.

Pretty much the same as Dust warfare. Some of the objectives and deployment is the same as Dust. Movement through terrain may be cut in half? or lose an action?

But correct, what is cog?

I attended a demo. Range segments appeared to be about 6" each. Maneuver templates appeared to be two lengths of about 1" per speed, so speed 1 ruler was 2", speed 2 was 4", speed 3 was 6" (approximately).

Info I heard about the cog:

" They have a depreciated stat line when they hit that much damage. You roll a die when you get there and you have a chance to be assigned a damage card with a negative effect. Not all vehicles get it. The speeders don't have it."

Not quite long enough.

The range ruler section at the bottom is 6 inches. It looks to be 3/5/7 to me.
