When I said "gang up" I was referring to your theory on the scumminess of everyone jumping on the fishing boat... I find it unlikely that the scum would mass breadcrumb like that

Mad and Gink are drawing quite a bit of attention to themselves. I'm inclined to see that as slightly less scummy. For the moment - it's only a D1 read, and as such, tentative until given reason to think otherwise.
Pod running off and not responding is definitely out of character for him. Especially after being called scum. Village!Pod has had a history of strongly and profusely defending himself. With double posts and a few non-sequitur's thrown in, followed by accusing almost everyone who votes on him. Is it a scummy sign? Not hugely. At least not at the moment. But the deviation from expected behavior is certainly worth following up on.
