See, here's the problem I have. I'm still skeptical about Mad's claim, then he goes and refuses to actually give anything more that helps prove him as town. Obviously if he fake claimed he would "hide" his results to avoid us forcing him prove himself the next night. It just further makes his actions suspicious for me.

Why wouldnt I just say "I pulled a vest". You would never know the difference. This is getting old, dude. You are really bending over backwards here.
Also, since I just got caught up, no night kill is really interesting.
No one has mentioned being a Doc, so while that could be it, I'm starting to wonder if Ovin is right about his hunger games idea.
Cult is also another option. I'm not sure there is enough out there to seriously consider it yet.

I dont understand the hunger games thing. Was that ever explained in words?

That is true, I missed that, but at the same time it really just shows the claim is a perfect fake one. I'm going with my gut on this one. I've been right before, and backed off, I'm not doing that this time.

The idea is that all sides, including scum would have no items/abilities to start, but their roles would give them access to them later. It's an intriguing idea that sort of fits into the trends we are currently seeing, but it's really just speculation.

Its weird. On Day 1 Mads gave my claim perfectly. Unless Vis gave him a perfectly matching fake claim, it seems highly unlikely.
I don't want to vote for you JJ, because I don't have a gut feeling you're scum, and putting pressure on Mads like this isn't a smart scum play I think...
But your read seems odd to me.
Is Mads 100% town? No, like I said, he might have a perfect fake claim. Or **** maybe there is another **** cult and they got him. But he's the safest/simplest read in my book.

For his defensive post earlier, and his inconsistency in my vote.
Now, I know I am not the only person who has affinity with this role claim, and although its not 100% of the PM its too **** close, so regardless of whether he used copy or paste or not, its too much for me to accept this was within the spirit of the game. However, thats done, so lets move on.
Back to Norrell.
For those like me, what chance is there of a doc being in the game to block the kill? I'd say zero. So why does Norrell think so? Because he doesnt appreciate that theres likely to be lots of fishermen about.... ergo he isnt a fisherman. And if he isnt a fisherman then I dont trust him.
Speaking of fishermen, in what way is a fisherman dangerous to scum if hammered? CNinj? I'd say that right now fishermen are weak, fortunately, we are going to get stronger, and might just ruin scums day

I get that Gink. If you'll noticed, I didn't spend long on the possibility of a doc being in the game, but there still is a slight one, we have a lot of players and only a certain number have hinted at things. (and some I don't trust)

Well, I mean I posted about the possibility as well, albeit briefly. I don't like to discount the possibilities, but that's just how I play.

For what its worth, I feel like my claim was well within the established standard for claiming and deviated in as much was possible from the original pm. That said, I guess I'll try to push it further away in the future.
