Uhm. . . the post largely summed up the state of the game, and pointed out the inconclusiveness of said state. 'I have no reads' was following a wall of text saying 'I can't understand what this is supposed to indicate'. In other words, the list was a list of question marks.

I would agree with you that had I actually posted opinions (other than the Broba-CNinja thing), it would be scummy. However, had I posted opinions, I wouldn't have said that. It is true that I have no reads, as most of the content so far has been either inconsequential, or capable of being scummy OR town, and as I cannot ascertain which, I have no reads.

Also, the only thing I gave an opinion on - that of you and Broba, I specifically stated that I am still confused about. Both behaviors have points, and thus both are suspect.

That's mostly what I meant there... You don't want to be handed a pass because you're new. You've got to learn the game, and part of the learning of the game is making it to the next vote on your merits.

If people legitimately believe that I'm scum (or at the very least, its bad for town to keep me around), then they'll vote, and I'll take their accusations and prospect my defence as appropriate.

Right now, I don't think I can tell scum.

But I can at least tell bad for the town, at least in who consistently muddies waters rather than provides solid basis of accusations or evidence.

You're right it was defensive, but it was 100% borne out of exhaustion, and maybe I should have just put on my big boy pants and dealt with it but it was early and pre-coffee and I was up with our infant all night and it was just a raw moment. All I would like to do is focus on building up a case against who I think is scum rather than constantly being on the (wearisome) task of fending off utterly baseless claims, where every time I respond the reaction regardless of what I say is, "Hmmm so scummy to defend himself".
