I'm new to list juggler. Noticed that NOVA just recently appeared on the juggler but only a couple players lists are listed.

Is it up to each individual player to add their own list?

Yes, ppl usually are supposed to fill information about lists on they own.

TOs can fill in the lists of course, and some tournament software assists them with that (notably, Cryodex does). But not TOME, the official software, because ... because.

If the TO doesn't, players can fill their own lists, or lists of other players that they know.

So, then we might have to wait a while to see everyone's lists on Juggler? I've been trying to find the top 16 lists from yesterday. Guess I need to learn patience.
