Hi,

Firstly, I promise that I wouldn't do this, but a thought crossed my mind about the new upgrades. Rogue Smuggler is -2 and Wookie Avenger is -4 points. When building a skirmish list, I can't include out of faction upgrade cards, but what is to stop me from taking a Luke and eRangers list, plopping in -6 points of upgrades and then abusing that to bring in some rEcho Troopers (or other 6 point deployment)?

Because you have to attach all skirmish upgrade attachments to deployment cards at the start of a mission. If you can't, it's not a valid list. You get stuck performing setup and are disqualified for playing too slowly despite the TO telling you to finish your setup.
