It could be the slowest ship in the game with a speed of 1. Perhaps an officer or title that allows it to use defense tokens at speed 0. But it will most likely be 2.

With the hull, shielding, and armament I see it being in the 105-115 point range. My guess is a Turbos and ions on one type and ordnance and ions on the other. Probably has an defensive slot.
