Help with Roku-Mart?

Does anyone have experience ordering from Roku-Mart? I placed an order for a deck box over three weeks ago (credit card charged) and haven't received it. I emailed the address from my invoice, as well as contacting them via their website, and I haven't received a reply. Feeling a bit disingenuous to me.

Dealt with them frequently, never had an issue. I'll try and bring this to the owner's attention.

I'm going to Make a Couple Excuses, Gencon, Con Sickness, and then I got Dragged into Running Popcorn For My Kids Scout troop. and I got Crazy Behind. I'm not saying they are good Excuses, but they are what i have (Well that and 11K Of Scout Popcorn ;) in my Home Ofice)...

Everything I'm behind On will be Shipped this Weekend. So your Package status will update shortly.

As a heads-up, the owner of Roku-Mart wasn't on this forum. He's joined, but is still waiting on mod approval before he can post.

He has however asked me to pass on his sincere apologies, and let you know everything will be caught up this weekend - it looks like simply a case of life getting in the way! I'm sure he'll be in touch directly as soon as he is able, and as I've said, I've always had really positive experiences with Roku-Mart in the past, so I hope this gets resolved to your satisfaction and doesn't negatively impact your impression of a company that has always seemed to treat customers right.
