Mel you make a 3km variant of the MC80 right? Does it look decent on an Armada table? Because 3km would put it right in scale with the resurgent, and make them both quite likely for Armada.

While I'm glad we get another good looking MonCal vessel, will we ever get to see a Starhawk on screen, or were those all destroyed off screen in TFA?

Also, those airspeeders defending the rebel base during an evacuation from the white remote planet when thet get attacked by walkers are called Ski-Speeders.

Pretty neat that the Raddus is basically a canonized Viscount-class.

Theoretically, we could now have a complete Armada Epic pairing of the Raddus for the Rebs and the Finalizer for the Imperials.

That's easy to explain. The planet has a thin white layer over red mineral. The ski-speeders are just scratching that layer:

How on earth does that skid actually stabilize those ridiculous little craft instead of nose-diving them into the dirt? Wait, I'm applying physics again. Never mind.

The Raddus does look like a nice ship, and as a Mon Cal cruiser its design is totally reasonable. I also point out that's right around the original length of the Home One , before she was retconned down in size (unlike Executor ).

Also, why? This is a universe that has had hovercars and speeders for how long? Why does it need a ski?

ah, it's dusty, gotcha

Maybe the speeders create natural lift with their super fast engines so they need the ski as a sort of spoiler to keep them grounded? Ugh physics sucks.

For the speeders, well I mean Motorcycles kind of (physically) work like that. Kind of.

Agree. Having two ships both about 3 km long would work pretty well as Epic ships for Armada. Not saying that i want them that much, well... because sequel era, but i think its more likely than a SSD. Although i would like to see the Mon Cal Viscout-Class Star Defender as an SSD equivalent!

Indeed, I wouldn't be surprised now that they release the Raddus and the Resurgent together.

That would be a good release. I can see them still being large ships. The sliding scale comes in handy dealing with these increasingly silly proportions.
