Trying out some new ideas and wondering if I got this combination right.
Dutch, equiped with M9, is within 3 range of a friendly ship, alle enemy ships are beyond range 3. Dutch decides to target lock a friendly ship. The friendly ships is within 3 range of an enemy ship. Can my friendly ship now target lock the enemy ship? I think it can since it follows the target lock requirements but wasn't 100% sure.
