Hi, I'm going to a small tourney, on which surely I'll have to face Dengar in many configs. Probably with Nym with bomblets and TLT. Usualy Dengar has expertise and K4 security droid and plasma torps. I might also face Asajj Ventress. I'm thinking about 2-3 lists, which I'd like to use, but I'm not sure if they could handle lists built around Dengar.

My ideas are:

I'm also thinking about switching BB-8 with R2-D2, but R2 won't let me trigger intesity so easily. It's a tough call for me.

Second list I've been thinking of is triple X.

Biggs with R4-D6 and integrated (26)

Jess Pava with plasma torp, M9-G8 and guidance chips

Poe Dameron PS 9 with intensity, BB-8, autothrusters, black one and comm relay.

I don't know which is going to cope with Dengar Better. Also I think about getting rid of Biggs and taking Snap Wexlay with intensity, BB-8 and primed thrusters. Poe would then be ps 10 with R2-D2, autothrusters. Jess Would than receive M9-G8 or simple R2 to make place for a plasma torp.

I have really tough time making the decision.

Best bet vs dengar is to Bring dengar

Your Poe/Miranda list will probably be better all around.
If you can get your hands on a bomblet generator, I would swap that for your ion bombs in a heart beat.
Also, Primed Thrusters is FAR better on your Poe build than coms relay. With Primed Thrusters, Poe can get his focus from intensity even is he is stressed or does a k-turn/tallon roll.

Against Dengar specifically, trying to do damage from bombs instead of from shooting is really helpful because it doesn't trigger his ability. Remember, you don't HAVE to shoot in the combat phase if you don't want to. So if you accidentally park Poe at range 1 of Dengar, just shoot someone else and live another day (or don't shoot at all). Most importantly, try to stay outside Dengar's arc and you will do fine. Hes not that scary when he doesn't get his shots back!

Put Cluster Mines and bomblets on Miranda. You drop two parts of clusters on dengar, and he flies over the third. 7 potential (4 average with sabine) damage right there from one Miranda bomb and he doesn't shoot back.

Put R2D2 on Poe for tourney's. MOV is crucial and R2D2 Intensity Poe is hard to bring down. I chased that dude for 45+ minutes and never got into hull. And put Primed Thrusters on him. You need some damage other than Miranda bombs and PT gets Poe back in the fight instantly. And if you are expecting stressing lists, then PT is a must so it doesn't shut down your moves and actions. No boost = no focus.
