I'm really looking for a dedicated application for iOS, but any PC excel sheet or stand alone application is fine.

just one advice: please Test ist before use on a tournament and if there any problems pleas report them to me. Unfortunately I had to rebuild some core functions to get it work with more than x wing. So there maybe some bugs left which I didn't find on my Own.

Warscore is a nice generic one, and it runs in Java, so it's fairly cross-platform (though it has issues with the newest version of Java on Mac, apparently): http://warscore.net/

It's basically one step above a spreadsheet; a spreadsheet that can generate pairings. The only difficult part I've found is that if you have players who don't play for one or more rounds (usually because of an odd number and a bye) then strength of schedule doesn't really work anymore and you have to do it by hand. This probably won't come up often for Runewars (since the first tiebreaker is Margin of Victory, which is easy to calculate in Warscore, and that will usually resolve most ties).

Just dropped the latest version of Cryodex. It has full RuneWars support. Runs on any device that runs Java. Also working on updating the Android App version to allow RuneWars. I'll post back when that's finished.
