For star wars humans i've historically used Hebrew names (google Hebrew baby names) examples Elias Kelitah Coniah Naomi, they have a nice otherworldly sound to them

I often smash multiple names together to get something that sounds familiar but different - Adam and John = Adohn, Michael and Patrick = Micrick, etc.
