I just started playing and I have put a list together. I'm really unfamiliar with the objective cards as I usually play in casual games with some friends and we play without objectives. Feel free to pick it apart and point me in the right direction!

It's a good fleet, but Sloane is pretty useless in this fleet. You don't get much out of her when she'll only be working against enemy unique squadrons, because whenever one of you squadrons attacks a ship, you won't need to reroll the critical. You would be better off replacing her with Motti.

If you replaced the advanced and bombers with blue dice squads this list would be solid with Sloane. (Defenders, Maarek, and Jendon would be excellent, then you could trim bcc for more space.)

Also, jamming barrier is a misstep in a fleet that needs long range attacks. It will get abused against you especially if they have strategic. Capture the VIP us a safe choice, as is contested outpost.

If you want Sloane:

  • Take DTTs on the light cruisers to keep them able to use both arcs. The re-roll is just as good as an extra die unless you roll a lucky shot with all hits.
  • Drop the capacitors and maybe one set of flight controllers.
  • Drop BCC.
  • Take Howlrunner, 4 Tie-F, 3 Tie-I, Sabre and Zertek.

If you have anything left over consider Needa + TRC on one Arquitens or Stronghold on one of the carriers.
