So I have a question, when you get the force sensitive exile, and force sensitive emergent from age of rebellion, at the top it says "gain force rating 1" so my question is, is that gain only when you don't have a force rating or if you already have a force rating and by the talent tree do you get a second? any help would be helpful, I was reading and I didn't say anything confirming this so something would be nice, I personally hope it does which is why I assume it doesn't

You gain "Force Rating 1," not "+1 Force Rating."

In other words, you're hoping for something too good to be true

Buying the Emergent or Exile talent tree will give a Force Rating to those who have none, but otherwise the only benefit for purchasing the tree is access to the talents themselves.

That is what I assumed it did seem too good to be true lol

It's the same as purchasing Force Sensitive for any character not taking a career from the Force & Destiny core rules.

You gain a Force Rating of 1 and can now buy Force Powers at 10xp each the trio of suggested Force Powers included in Edge & Age is just in case you don't own Force & Destiny rules.
